Imagine that you lost some one close to you, and somebody killed him with no reason, he just killed him, how would you feel? What do you think that the killer deserve?

Now the court will decided that if he will go to jail or will reserve capital punishment

“Capital punishment, death penalty or execution is government-sanctioned punishment by death. The sentence is referred to as a death sentence. Crimes that can result in a death penalty are known as capital crimes or capital offenses.”(1)

What are capital crimes?

There are a lot of examples of capital crimes such as:

Crimes against humanity, which is genocide.

Murder is considered as capital crimes in some countries witch retaining capital punishment.

Drug trafficking.

Terrorism ect

Death penalty for criminals have been use in all societies, and every society has a new or different execution way or format, like in Rome there is trial by combat; the criminal will fight person or dangerous animal. If he wins they will spare him if he lose well he will die.

And in the middle age they had cruel executions but this is another story

What are the Advantages and disadvantages of death penalty?

Lets start will the disadvantages, people who against death penalty say that executions are too cruel and painful, so its non humanity thing, but nowadays they found a easy and less painful execution which is Lethal injection it’s a drug and they injecting one or more drugs into a person which cause immediate death.

Other thing, the cost of the death penalty is so expensive (at least $2 million per case)

No system of justice can produce results, which are 100% certain all the time. Mistakes will be made

What happened when they took death penalty out, some people become vigilante and they think that they are above the law; there a lot of them but the community describe them as Serial Killer.

Now for the advantages, when they execute the criminal, he/she will not harm any body again

A criminal is like a rotten apple among the good ones, he is like a virus to the society, which can even infect others of the same disease

       

Balance in the society

This theory of justice, which demands for “Tooth for a Tooth and an Eye for an Eye” is the strongest argument of the capital punishment.

To maintain this equilibrium the criminal should be punished with the same intensity of punishment no matter, even if it is capital punishment.

Last year Emariti women killed and stabbed the 47-year-old mother of three, in a toilet at Boutik Mall on Reem Island, and it’s the first time that this kind of Terrorism happened here in the UAE, She was executed at 29 June

In my opinion any body who killed an innocent person without any reason deserve to be executed because he/she have no right to take an innocent soul .
